The highly adaptable Ventis™ Pro5 Multi-Gas Monitor from Industrial Scientific not only monitors multiple gases at once, but also features streamlined messaging capabilities to help users respond effectively to hazards. The personal protection device has an integral sampling pump for confined-space applications.
The rugged polycarbonate housing with protective rubber overmold is IP68 water- and dust-resistant, with reinforced high-contact areas to help prevent wear from friction and a raised plastic rail to help protect sensors when the instrument is face-down.
Keep onscreen messaging as simple as “EVACUATE” or “VENTILATE,” thanks to the flexible interface with customizable text, to help reduce nuisance alarms and false evacuations. The backlit liquid crystal display can also show full-screen alarms that let users identify the source and type of hazard in emergencies.
LENS™ Wireless technology lets team members receive readings and alarms from peers’s monitors for quick man-down, panic, or gas hazard response.
iAssign™ tagging lets you track user exposure and site measurement data, even when different Ventis Pro Series gas monitors are used from day to day.
The device is iNet® and DSX™ Docking Station (sold separately) compatible.
