The Power-Off® Advanced Overload Protection system can shut off this DEWALT angle grinder before the motor overheats. The E-Clutch® feature can activate in less than 0.1 sec. to shut down the motor when wheel pinch or wheel stall is detected in order to help extend gear and motor life. The Dust Ejection System™ can extend grinder life by ejecting damaging dust and debris particles that enter through the air intake vents. The Power Loss Reset® feature helps prevent accidental restart following a power disruption when the tool’s power switch is left in the ON position. The narrow width guard gives you better visibility to the cut line compared to a standard type 1 guard design. Guard is adjustable from 180° (for larger materials) to 90° (for smaller materials). You can also move the guard to a closed position for cutting in tight spaces. Tool has a Lanyard Ready™ integrated lanyard connection point, lanyard is not included.
